In this Privacy Policy, “Rocentric,” “we,” “us” and “our” refer to Rocentric. This policy applies to the Rocentric website you are currently visiting.

Website Visits And Inquiries

When you visit this website, the hosting provider may process technical request information, such as your IP address, browser user agent, requested pages and access times, to deliver and secure the website.

Our inquiry forms ask for your name, email and project requirements. The homepage form also has an optional company field; the quotation page requires phone and company details and offers an optional country or region field. You may select up to 30 project files with a combined limit of 20 MB. When you submit a form, these details and selected files are sent to our server and delivered to our sales mailbox. We also process the submitting page address and technical request information, including your IP address, to identify the request source and limit abuse. The forms do not provide a request-summary download.

If you choose to share your brief or other project information separately, Rocentric may use the information you provide to respond to your inquiry, review manufacturing requirements, prepare a quotation and manage an agreed order. Share confidential files only through a channel agreed with your manufacturing contact.

Comments

This website currently does not provide public visitor comments or a Gravatar integration. We do not collect comment-form information or send email hashes to Gravatar through this website. If a commenting feature is introduced, this policy will be updated to explain the information collected, spam detection and any public profile information.

Media

Our inquiry forms let you select CAD files, drawings, images and documents. Selecting a file keeps it in the current form until you submit. Submitted files are processed temporarily on the server and delivered as email attachments; they are not published in the website’s public directory. If you share images with Rocentric through another channel, avoid including embedded location information, such as EXIF GPS data, unless it is needed for your project. Images made publicly available may allow others to download and extract embedded information.

Cookies

The current website code does not set cookies for visitor comments, logins, advertising or analytics. It does not use browser local storage to retain your inquiry details. Your browser may offer its own form autofill features, which are controlled by your browser settings.

This website currently does not offer visitor registration, login, password reset or article publishing. The comment, login, “Remember Me,” screen-preference and article-editing cookies associated with those features are therefore not used by the current site. If these features or additional cookie-based services are introduced, this policy will be updated to describe them.

Embedded Content From Other Websites

If a page includes third-party embedded content, such as a video, image or article, interacting with it may behave as though you visited the third-party website directly. Who We Share Your Data With

If you separately provide information to Rocentric, it may be shared with service providers involved in responding to your request or fulfilling an agreed order, subject to the applicable confidentiality arrangements, or disclosed where required by law. This website does not generate visitor password-reset emails.

How Long We Retain Your Data

Before submission, selected files and form details are held in the current page and are not saved by the website after you leave or reload it. Submitted requests and attachments are retained in our sales mailbox as needed to respond and manage the project; temporary upload files are cleared by the server after processing. Short-lived rate-limit records are used to limit abuse. The current website does not maintain visitor comment records or registered-user profiles.

Information you separately send to Rocentric is retained for as long as needed to handle your inquiry, perform an agreed order, maintain relevant business records or meet applicable legal and security obligations. Hosting request logs are subject to the hosting provider’s retention practices.

What Rights You Have Over Your Data

Subject to applicable law, you may request access to, a copy of, correction of or deletion of personal information that Rocentric holds about you. To make a request, contact your Rocentric representative through the channel you used to communicate with us. We may need to verify your identity before responding.

We may retain information required for administrative, legal or security purposes. Information entered in a form but not submitted remains in your browser. For information already submitted, contact sales@rocentric.com with your request.

Where Your Data Is Sent

When you submit an inquiry, form details and selected files are processed by our hosting provider and email service and delivered to sales@rocentric.com. Technical website requests are processed by the hosting provider. Rocentric and service providers involved in your inquiry or order process this information in accordance with applicable requirements and agreed confidentiality terms.

The current website does not send visitor comments to an automated spam detection service because it does not provide a public commenting feature.

Changes To This Policy

Rocentric may update this policy when website features or information-handling practices change. The date at the top of this page identifies the latest update.
